Refund Policy

1. What you purchase
KHELLO sells one-time packs of Rubies. Rubies are digital service credits used for eligible KHELLO features, including premium chat replies. Rubies have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a subscription. The pack, price, tax, and currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
2. Failed premium turns
When a premium turn is charged but KHELLO cannot commit a usable reply, the Rubies reserved for that turn are returned automatically. A temporary processing delay may occur. If the balance is not corrected, contact us with the approximate time and character used.
3. Refund requests
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase when the purchased Rubies remain completely unused. After that, or after part of the purchase has been used, we review requests for the unused purchased Rubies only. Send the account email, Lemon Squeezy order number, purchase date, and reason to muso27723@gmail.com. Do not send full card details. Duplicate charges, missing delivery, unauthorized transactions, and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law can be reported at any time for review.
4. Used Rubies and service quality
Free and promotional Rubies are not refundable. If a purchase was partly used, only the remaining purchased Rubies are considered; promotional or free Rubies are excluded. A refund request may require the related Ruby balance to be reversed before the payment refund is completed. Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated wording, story direction, or character behavior does not by itself establish a refund right. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights for defective digital services, duplicate charges, fraud, or other rights that cannot be waived.
5. Effect of an approved refund
When a monetary refund, chargeback, cancellation, or payment reversal is approved, the purchased Rubies credited for that order are deducted from your account. Promotional and free Rubies are not converted into a cash refund and may be removed when they were tied to the reversed order. If the related Rubies have already been used, we may hold or adjust a voluntary refund, except where applicable law requires a different result.
6. Payment processor
Lemon Squeezy is KHELLO's merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and approved monetary refunds. Refund timing and the final appearance on your payment method depend on Lemon Squeezy, your bank, and the payment network. KHELLO does not add a separate processing fee; any provider or legally required adjustment is handled through the applicable payment process. We may ask you to use the order-management or support channel shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
7. Free credits and account closure
Free replies, promotional Rubies, and other no-cost credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash. If KHELLO permanently discontinues a paid service, we will handle unused purchased Rubies as required by applicable law and any notice provided at that time.
